Roasting Schedule:

In an effort to conduct more efficient and environmentally responsible business practices, we have established a roasting schedule. In an effort to keep our commitment to only roast to order, and stay as a micro-roastery, we will roast on every Monday and Thursday.  Your order will be freshly roasted on the next roasting day, and will be delivered or shipped within 2 business days after roasting. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to work with us! If you find yourself needing coffee in a pinch for whatever reason, shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do for you.

If you order on Thursday (after 5:00pm, CST), Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be roasted on the upcoming Monday.

If you order on Monday (after 5:00pm, CST), Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will be roasted on the upcoming Thursday.

Decaf coffees: fairly self explanatory. We place emphasis on ensuring our decaffeinated coffees are well sourced and roasted with extra care. Despite the stigma that decaf coffee is of lesser quality, our decaf coffees are very tasty. These coffees are offered in 12 ounce and 5 pound packages.

Blended coffees are our signature coffees in which two to four coffees are used. We strive to blend coffees that are unique and be used as espressos as well. These coffees are offered in 1 and 5 pound packages.

Single origin coffees are from one source, and are not blended. They are offered in 12 ounce or 5 pound packages.
