Mariposa Coffee Roastery

Dozer, our beloved roastery companion – a half-Shepherd, half-Doberman rescue pup – is the inspiration to this blend.  The science to the madness, you ask? We take a caffeinated coffee and roast it light. We then take a decaf coffee and roast it dark. Mix them together, and voila! An amazingly silky-smooth and mellow blend that takes the heat off of those wary of being too caffeinated, yet pleases those that need a  little of that extra kick. Smell and taste the flavors of apricot as you take that first sip. Then, experience the dark-chocolate and vanilla wafer. Before you know it, the pleasantly crisp finish snaps you back to reality. This coffee is so smooth, you won’t realize how much you’ve drunk until your cup is empty! It is a well-balanced cup with good body.  What better coffee than this to drink on a cold and rainy day?
