Mariposa Coffee Roastery

A definite must-add to coffee brewing contraptions. Think, French Press without the gritty sludge on the bottom. No offense to those that like the French Press sludge on the bottom, but this helps brew a cleaner cup without loss of flavors.

A very simple contraption (think, less work = better coffee) to brew a great single cup of coffee. When not placed on top of a mug, the brewed coffee goes no where. As soon as you set it on a mug, viola, the coffee comes flowing out. Add approximately 24-28 grams of filter-drip ground coffee to a non-bleached filter, fill with just-boiled water to the top, steep for 4 minutes, and place on top of a mug to release those freshly roasted flavors.

The Clever comes with the drip brewer, a coaster to catch any drips, and a lid to retain heat when steeping.
